Can't login/register

Hello all.

I've just downloaded and installed Silk Road Online.
I registered, but I never got an e-mail about it and when I try to log in on the game, it says "User confirmation failed. Please check your ID or password again."
I've registered with my brother's e-mail address, but I still got the same problem.

Does anyone knows how to solve this? I'm dying to play the game..

There's a problem with registration currently, if you have the possibility to ask someone else to register an account for you that might be a solution to your problem. (unless the person gets the same error)

man u have to change ur password to a shorter one cuz silkroad is havin a problem with long password so u only have to change ur pass and then u can play
