you probably downloaded a corrupt file. try downloading it from somwhere else.

Are you running Vista? Right click the exe and run as administrator if so.

Try using a different mirror offf the site such as neffy. Make sure you uninstall anything that has installed.

Other than that i'm not too sure how to help, your computer should unpack the data manually without error.
