downloader client problem

For some strange reason, on my silkroad online downloader client the start button does not appear during the day and it only appears during night time the time i can only lay silkroad are from 11pm to 4 pm. it does not appear from 4pm to 11pm which is the time i wpuld most prefer to play. if anyone has had a similer problem and nows the solution i would be gratfull if you can tell wat is wrong

only problem i have is that my KSRO never gives me a start button. i was able to play it for some days, but now it just freezes without any errors and without any start button. i think it must be the servers because ive tried every possible way allready to solve this problem. still no luck.

My comp works only from about 11pm to 9am.. which is enoyin cos i cba playin any otha time! Someone plz help us!!!!!!!!!!!!
