Help! SRO Freeze/Not Working

when i finally fixed the ??????? Problem *all u gotta do is install service pack 2*, after nprotect did its crap. the game opened to a black screen and all i can do is move the SRO cursor. and nothing happns.. iv waited a long time. so i decided to shut it down through task manager. any help?
