resgistration error

I cant register on the website. When I click register I go to

/member_join1.asp

where they ask me to agree but if I click accept i get :

explorer: cant load the page

firefox: Microsoft VBScript ·±Å¸ÀÓ ¿À·ù ¿À·ù '800a004c'

/member/member_join2.asp, ÁÙ 130

if I go directly to:
/member_join.asp (because member_join2.asp is obviously buged/inexistant)

I can still get resgistration form but if send it I get an error telling me :

Sorry. Data road error. Please retry after confirm

which was expectable as I wasnt registering trough member_join2.asp


any help would be apreciated
