Server Update 3/5-6 "Replace.exe is not found"?

I had some bad lag in the last few days before the update, which never happened to me before. So I changed a few settings (turning off McAffe, changing resolution, sound options, display settings) and after changing these settings I was much better.

Tried logging on this morning after the inspection to play a bit befoe leaving the house. Got to 50%, it started loading "/sro.clienet.exe." and a smaller file after that one, media.exe I think, but it just gave me a message saying "Replace.exe is not found. Patching is not complete." and it closes. Its in the afternoon now and still having this issue =/

Is this because something I changed when trying to reduce my lag the day before or is it SRO's update?

you must tried changing stuff there yeah dont do that Reinstall it or ask your friend how got the game to send you the Replecer (my Friend had that Problem to)!!
