PROBLEM

i just dowloaded silkroad but when i load it and click play the n protect gameguard comes up but then a window comes up with loads of quetion marks and my pc specs then at the bottom it gives me a choice of ? or ? so i tried one and the window closed down then nothing happened so i tried the other after loading up again and it did the same. so i cant get into silkroad
