Image disapears - Please Help Me

Hello. I'm new to this forum but not new to SilkRoad. I have a LvL 43 character on Xian. For some days I'm on a quest of my own. Seeking help for an error that I don't see it's cause. I comed here because on silkroad's official site -> forum no one replyed to my posts.

The error is like this: the image simply disapears. I'm still in the game, i can hear whats happening (sometimes) and I can see only the cursor. The image usually comes back after 1-2 minutes; but in a zone full of monsters 1-2 minutes can be fatal.

My computer stats are: Intel Pentium 4 -2800 Ghz, Ram 512, ATI Radeon 9200 with 256 video memory and Windows XP SP 2. I installed the latest drivers for the display card -no result. I intalled the 9.0c DirectX and DirectX SDK -also no result. I don't know what else to do.

Can someone help me ? Please.
