When I try logging in it says Cannot Connect due to Server Traffic...
Does that mean the server is full?

Try in about 5 hours (from your post)
Server traffic gets really bad during the day becuase of the amount of people playing.
If you dont mind not being able to speak to many people/understnad people, go play Jsro... No server traffic and you can edit the files to make it an english game.
