For All People Getting "Server Undergoing Inspection&am

I had this problem for the first time today and found out how to do it off another site so i'm going to write a guide here for any-one who needs it because i can't see any other guides about this problem.

Step 1: Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

Step 2: Double click on "hosts"

Step 3: Open the file using NotePad

Step 4: At the bottom of the writing you need to put "#221.11.150.111 gwgt1.joymax.com"

Actually when u reinstall SRO you get SERVER IS UNDERGOING some EXAMINATION.. *etc etc*
then you have to download patch, it won't auto patch without it


but if you can't either play sro or access their website then it's your isp..[internet service provider]

ok I did this, but still getting the same error, and yes I can't access the website either, but it can't be my ISP because that's the only website on the internet I can't seem to access?!

now it says "The server is in examination or out of working time. Connect http://www.silkroadonline.co.kr to see more information." So I did that and I got to some silkroad website but it's all in Korean!

I need some help here . . .
