Gameguard Error380 please HELP ME!

I have a problem in gamguard when i start the silkroad the Error comes out

Error 380 how to fix this??

PLEASE HELP ME!

If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2, please check the firewall settings to see if Game Guard is allowed to access.
If the PC at the Cafe is running on user mode kindly check if the user is allowed to update files of Ragnarok and game guard.
Sometimes, the problems disappear by restarting the PC.

Bakemaster's site doesn't work for me, it says the page canot be found.
i have th same problem with GameFuard error 380!!!!!!!!1

Go into your silkroad folder (it should be C:/Program Files/Silkroad/) and delete the ENTIRE GameGuard folder, then run Silkroad again. It will reinstall GameGuard and 90% of the time that fixes problems with updating GameGuard.

deleting it didn't work for me, anything else, i really wanna play, plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
