Need Launcher Help

I don't know if there is a thread already about this(I've just joined) but whenever i click the icon to get onto Silkroad online it starts to load, but then it just goes away without starting up Silkroad. it does this everytime, and I have already tried restarting my computer and releasing/renewing my IP address.

I have recently bought a router and connected a new computer to my cable internet connection, Although i don't think that is the problem since i can still get on all my other games with this computer, and internet works fine for both computers.

So if anyone has fixed a problem like this before, I could use your help.
