Please help me, my Camera view is messed up!!!

For some reason I can not use the free camera view for SRO. I know about the F9 button and I have tried going to the sytem settings and clicking on the free view there but no luck. All I can do is set the camera view to fixed point and then use the arrows to look from side to side. Most annoying.
I have uninstalled SRO and re-downloaded again. Re-installed with same issue. I have unistalled my mouse driver and then re-installed to no avail either. Please help as I can play but it is not as much fun.. Thank you to anyone who can help!!!

i would like to help you but ive never heard of such diffuculty. uh maybe if you install direct x 9.0 then re installing the game it should work. but dont try it unless u think it would work or sumthing because this problem that your having is probably a first :banghead:
