Hey. I'm new, and I can't connect to the game.

Hello.

I just registered today to SilkRoad, downloaded and installed everything just fine.
The problem is, when the connection screen comes up and asks me for ID and PW, it always sais it's wrong!
I know for 100% that I typed both my ID and Password all correctly, but still, for some odd reason it won't let me in.
I tried every server, checked tens of times if my password is right.

I can log in to the site, so what's wrong with the game?

So, what do I do?

ID and pass are both case sensitive. Could that be the problem?

If you can't figure it out, try registering another ID.

I changed my password and now it seems to work.
Appearantly, my password was just too long for the game... not sure why.
I changed it into something shorter and it worked.

The connecting system seems to have a problem with long passwords since I'm 100% sure i typed it all right and accurate.

Well, It's okay now. Thanks anyway.
