Game auto closes once in game

The game just closes itself once I've selected my character, and the game has loaded.

I get the little merry xmas msg window, and then it just closes!

Any idea what's wrong?

Edit: This happens when I'm on the bridge about to go into oasis near scorpians.

I just downloded and i dont even get in to game it always says that during some problems o updating game go to silkroad websitè?? Do you know wat to do so i can play??

I'm going to guess a buffering problem. While it is buffering it must be telling the video card to perform a operation that it can't understand, making the video card to ask the process to terminate itself to see if it can resolve it by doing this. It works, but the game goes bye bye.
