Can't leave Guild

As the subject says, i can't leave the guild i'm in.
When i open "guild info" the withdrawl button isnt highlighted so i can't leave, and the leader is never on. etc etc

rofl.. you leave a guild at the guild npc.. not via withdraw button.. the withdraw button is for the leader or anyone with withdraw permissions to kick ppl..
