Error

when i open the launcher it says "the server is under examination or our of working time" then the launcher opens and there is no start game button i re-dled game 4 times and in the middle of re-dl'n it right now

there not.. i asked a guy on silkroadonline forums... there not unless theyve been working on it for 3 days.
