Blocked for "Illegal Program Use"?????!!!!!!?????

I was playing the game...having fun, grinding, etc....yea. Then I exited the game to take my dogs out. When I came back, I typed in my username and password, and then the following message appeared at the bottom:

Cannot connect because this account is blocked.
Blocking reason: Illegal Program Use.
Completion time: Thursday, December 16, 2106 11:43:30 AM

WTF!? I thought, "surely this is a mistake," so I went to the site to report it...when I tried to log in, I got:

kinonai is currently blocked from the game and from posting any messages on the homepage.
Illegal Program Use.
Blocked Period: 12/16/2006 11:47am ~ 12/16/2106 11:43

Again, I have to tearfully ask: WTF!?

What the hell is this?!?!? HOW DO I CONTACT THESE IDIOTS TO DEFEND MYSELF?!?!?!?!?! I have NEVER used a bot in my life on ANY mmorpg, and I'd like to stomp in the face of anyone who ever tries to say I have!!! PLEASE HELP ME HERE I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :banghead:

Ok, so I went to GAYMAX's main website and emailed them...who knows if this will get me anywhere. Anyone else experience this? I can't believe that there are so many botters that go unpunished and then people that are innocent get blocked for it. Wow what a great company they have...

Well, as expected, JOYMAX (being the wonderfully professional company that they are) have not responded to my email. So, I have emailed the yet again and will continue to do so until a get a reply. Yes, this means that they will probably be flooded with emails from me until the year they have written down that I'll be unblocked...2106 >.>

On a brighter note, I have made a new account and my character is lvl 12...not very impressive, although I HAVE made about 800k already by selling Black Suits for 45k...w00t :banghead:

Lovely. Now my character's name has appeared on the "botter" list. I can just hear my friends now, "Ohh, so Diavi was a botter...never thought SHE would do THAT..." *Bangs Gaymax on the head with a pillow*

Sorry to tell you, but Joymax doesn't have too much of a history of banning people for no reason. Either you WERE botting or using another third party application that triggered events in the game. But you clearly did something to get banned.

You only have 100 years to wait.
