Another Microsoft Visual C++ Error

i realize that a lot of people have been posting about getting this error, but my problem differs a little bit, so i thought i would just start a new thread. well, silkroad worked fine for me for the past months. i uninstalled it and reinstalled it. now that i have it reinstalled, whenever i try to launch it i get a microsoft visual C++ error that always pops up. ive been reading about people updatings their graphics drivers and that fixes it, but i dont know how to check what kinda of graphics card i have so i can find a download. any helps would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
