Silkroad a-cash blocked???? How long

I play at venice server for a few month and already level 40++. a few weeks ago my friend try to buy an A-cash for me but because of several reasons he failed to input the E-pin and pass and as the result my A-Cash account has been blocked automatically.

so here i need to know how i can use again my A-Cash account and how long the system will lock it cause it's been almost a month since and i cant get any block report from the web

any help would be appreciate. :-)
