its says that i've created an account

when i try to register my first ever accont on silkroad online.
it says

"In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of."

but i've never ever created an account on sikroad online.
and i can't report it cause i ain't registered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
