I can't log in after 3 hour frequent login block

Yesterday I was logged into Silkroad online, when I went to the joymax website to log-in, but I was blocked for 3 hours because of frequent log-in failure. I logged off of Silkroad online, waited 3 hours so it would reset, and I still couldn't log-in. Now I've already waited over 24 hours, and I still can't log into SRO, nor the joymax website. I also tried to reset my password, but I couldn't because I'm still blocked for frequent log-in failure. How am I suppose to fix this problem so I can login-in to my SRO account? Please respond and help me, I really need my account I have a lot of gold, and silk on it.
