cant login to website to download game

i try and try and try but cant seem to login i mean i do for 1 second then logs me out so i cant get to download the game can some 1 help PPPLLLZZZZ

Did you try to do it on a different browser?

Something that helps me when I get logged out instantly from sites, is to go to the browser options, then history options, and then deleting all cookies. Not sure why, because afaik the cookies make it so that the site remembers you, but after I delete the cookies and log in again it all works for me.

firewalls/antivrus programs block launchpad. you have to make an exception for it.
other prob could be your isp routing. try disconnect your router and start it again, so you get a new IP.
