instalation error

I downloaded SRO on my Dell laptop. I have enough space on my computer. Does anyone know what is wrong? If i can fix it? Thanks or any help.

You haven't actually downloaded it. This is just the downloader window. I don't know the problem though.

I've gotten it figured out.

Well as this windows looking is shows you have must some problem in your downloading because or you have some thing problem in your system related like disk space or folder path type...
