I really need help, game keeps closing on me weird message,

The game works fine, but when im in Constantinople and i try to talk to the supplies girl.. it just goes all black and exits the game, and a message pops up saying error and do you want to send? and lists my video card and stuff.. but its weird i used to be able to talk to her and get free potions and stuff. but now it does that every time i try to view her wares. even though every other thing in the game works fine. i even tried lowering my graphics and it still does it.. can anyone help me?

^ is what is shows when it kicks me out of the game as a send error?? and i cant talk to "Europe medicine supplier Shadi" ..
someone plz help!

It is a glitch on joymax side, no one could use the potion merchant yesterday but i believe it got fixed after that extra inspection.
