Silkroad R Quest Bug! :(

So I got to level 24 and unlocked the receive gift quest where you get the seal of star armour and weapon, but I couldn't accept the gifts as my bar was red... The next day my bar is now yellow and I should be able to collect them but it won't let me. Any ideas solutions are much appreciated! Thanks x

Try re-log in, it may solve it, or well i am pretty sure that you can take the quest once you level up (25 >.>), so um go up a level and tell up how it goes.
