I was disconnected from the server I was on (Maya, I think) and so I shut down since it was the 3rd time I was disconnected. I went to restart an hour or so later and logged in only to be told I was logged in.
Info is provided below.
Problem: I go to log in and get this message: "This user is already connected. The user may still be connected because of an error that forced the game to close. Please try again in 5 minutes." I've waited more than 5 minutes after each try to log in and get the same message. I have reset my internet connection with no luck...

Just reopen the client in the morning, it will work by then.
It normally gets fixed in a few minutes but it seems you are kinda unlucky this time.
