Hey ^_^
Eversince i formated my computer, i keep getting blue screens before an online game starts. This has happend on Silkroad, and FlyFF so far ive found out.
For silkroad, just after "game guard" finishes its loading, a blue screen apears, everytime, mentioning something about " memory dump" and gives a counter at the bottom, that just continuously rises, i wait, but it still carry's on counting.
If someone who's had this before, could please tell me how to stop the blue screen id be very appriciative? ^_^
If my computer specs come in handy perhaps, here they are :
AMD anthlon XP
1.16 ghz
Geforce 4 mx 440
768 ram
Blue screen

A useful description of bsod found here
It is very difficult to troubleshoot from here, but I think the key to solving it lies in the changes you have made....which is your fresh OS install.
You may be missing some drivers that you had present when running previously, such as gfx, chipset or audio.
My personal experiences of bsods have been hardware related, usually from overclocking a system too far, or faulty ram.
If ram is faulty why no probs before reinstall of OS? O_o
Is a difficult one.....
Have you made any hardware changes as well?
