Server location?

I live in north america, which server is the best for me?

I'm not sure where any of them are but this is a rare game where location matters less than how crowded it is so I'd go with Red Sea or Greece, they seem to be the least crowded and lag the least.

omg I pinged their website a while back and got a whopping 220 ms response time! If their game servers are there to, that explains a lot.
