Im Driving mad

I have lagg or something like that.. Cause when im in Jangan I can barrely move... Sometimes it move but then i spawn back to the point where I started... :s I only have this when its crowded, and if I leave the town i dont have lagg but i cant get out of town.. Cause im Stuck!
Im playing in the Tibet Sever and im from the Netherlands (Europe) so.. can anyone tell me whats the problem..

either your connection is lagging like crazy cuz it can't handle that much data at once or your graphics are pretty maxed out. Try turning shadows completely off in the menu, that speed it up greatly! also turn down all the rest of the details a bit too.
