Server Inspection?

I've been getting this message for the last 3 days now. Anyone know how to fix this? My pet and scrolls are going to waste right now -_-;. No one on the official SRO forums is helping and Joymax will not reply to my emails.

I've also tried the sticky thread here for server inspection but doesn't seem to work... Anyone know how I can get rid of this?

Ugh, anyone have a fix? I've tried re-installing it but when I finally logged in it dc'd me and then went back to the error.
