problem with intall and starting silk

guys sry about mine bad english but ilol to to explain... first of all i tried to intall silkroad, when the bar of intall get 98% the program close automatic and nothing happend, no erros , nothing... and the game didt install, after that i have and idea to get the folder of silk from other pc and put it here in this pc, but when i open the launcher and click start the first bar in right botton starts and after that nothing more happend and no error msgs, i dont know more what to do and i need to someone help me, waiting for msgs ty.
