I was told to come to a Silkroad forum with technical help, so I'll just copy the problem I posted on those forums to here.
-----------------------------------------------------------
I finally got to play the game, move around and even attack my first enemy, but of course it crashed again. This time I got to copy and paste what it said.
OS Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 build 2600
CPU AMD Athlontm XP 2800
Memory Physical447.5MB, Page1058.7MB, Virtual2047.9MB
Graphic Card HAL mixed vp NVIDIA GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU
Graphic Card Version 6.14.0010.7189
Graphic Driver Date 2005- 4- 1 1716
Buildexe [2006-04-04] [184252]
I think these are my system stats, I dont know...but the rest of the stuff on that pop-up window after the crash was question marks, even two buttons on the bottom were just question marks, one with a bold line around it. Whats going on? I was in the server, it wasnt full or anything. I was experiencing small lag, but nothing that would make me crash every few seconds. Im beginning to think it happens when someone talks, but someone said hola and I didnt crash then. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks.
Help Please

Looking at ur system stats, it looks excellent.
However, ur graphic card seems slightly out of date, try downloading the newest driver for ur graphic card. Next, before u play, try to shut down as many system processes as possible or run a few checks to eliminate system CPU usage. If u hav a bug of some sort, try a few bug removers to get rid of them. Norton, SpyBot, and a few others are good bug removers.
Also, exactly how does it crash? Does it seem more like a system problem or an internet problem?
U're probably getting the question marks because u don't have a Korean language pack installed. Ur windows can't display Korean characters, so u're getting question marks. The bold line most likely indicates the "yes" button or the "ok" button.

Ok, I'm no expert with computers, so here comes a new question: Where can I download a new graphics card?
The game simply closes, black screen, then quits on me. Then the message pops up with my system stats (at least I think those are my system stats) and the rest is written in question marks. I've clicked both the buttons at the bottom, but nothing happens. The pop-up window closes, but that's it. Also, where can I get a korean language pack? Should I just google it? Sorry, but like I said, I'm terrible at figuring this stuff out. =/

U can't download a new card, but u can download a new graphic card driver.
Go here: http://www.silkroadonline.net/dataroom/download.asp
Scroll down until u see the drivers for GE force. Download the one for Windows XP. Then install it.
While u're at it, u might as well as get the Direct X patch too.
Since it black screens, I'm guessing it's not a system overload problem, becuz computers tend to freeze when that happens. The pop-up u got it's just a notice of it crashing and a possible explaination of why it crashed. Yes, u can google a Korean language pack. But can u read Korean? Becuz it's pretty useless if u can't read Korean...... Altho I suppose u could install the pack, and then the message will come up in Korean characters, and then u could use Babelfish or some other translator to translate the Korean to English...

READ ME
You both are using INTEGRATED video cards, this means you should visit the manufacturer of your computer systems (or motherboard manufacturer if your system was custom made) website for any newer drivers FIRST!!!!!
Integrated chipsets are generally custom made for them (ie Dell HP, Sony etc.)
If that avenue does not yield any viable solutions you can try these:
As stated earlier above, did you visit nvidia's website to download a newer driver?
Typically, I have noticed integrated cards can be the most troublesome to deal with.
If you have and you still have the problem, believe it or not, sometimes an older driver will work better. Just look through nVidia's dowload page for previous versions of your driver.
As a last resort, an unauthrized driver will sometimes do the trick, for example I have used drivers from this guy's site:
http://www.omegadrivers.net/
Although he is currently not developing anything new for nVida chipsets, there is still his last one available, which should work on your card, though his best drivers are for ati cards, at least that is my experience with them.
This is important, you should do a 'set restore point' anytime you mess with system drivers or any major program installs or hardware changes.
Post back here with your results in case anyone in the future has similar problem.
Good Luck.
