Any ideas? I can think of a few reasons it maybecrashing and solutions but may as well ask before I tinker.

I think there's a way to downlaod the updates on the silkroad main site. I can't give you a link right now since it's blocked, and I'm too lazy to go to a proxy :) and besides it's time to go right now. :D
