server exzamation and out of working time error.PLEASE HELP

ok heres the deal after the last expection the 9 hour one after it was over my friend got on silkroad simply when i tryed to get on it said the server was under server inspection.so i try to go to the main site and it says the page cant be displayed so i delet the game redownload the game now it says the server is under exzamation or out of working time.so idn if i downloaded a bad client or somethin.i couldnt download the client from the main site cause it wont let me on.but i checked some forums out and i did this thing where i go to window drivers32 open the file host with wordpad and i typed it somethini cant rember what it was but yeah that still didnt work i cant get on the same error message keeps coming up.so if any1 could help me out with this i would love you forever.plz repost some ideas you can have me do.or even better message me on aim messanger if you got it.msg me plz=jpc2616 is my aim s/n thanks guys

put your provider on the list and read the forum before you post
