Hello... when I press "Start" on the launcher, it loads and after that I get an error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Archiv~1\Silkroad\sro_client.exe
abnormal program termination

Please I need some help!!!
