Silks Error

Post by kenbong »

I just bought 300 silks for my brother through paypal few hours ago. But an error appeared on the web pages indicated that there's some problem with this transaction (I never see clearly what's the error is because i click too fast).
Firstly i thought that this transaction will be cancelled since there's an error.
But i received a notification e-mail from paypal that my transaction is successfully completed and the USD 30.00 been sent to the JOYMAX.
I log into my brother account and check the silks. But there's no any silks inside.
And i went to the silkroadonline.net and log in to check my brother's silk charges history. There's no any history charges of the transaction that i completed few hours ago.
so now my main concern is whether my USD30.00 been deducted from my credit card and won't be able to get a refund from JOYMAX??
have anyone here encounter the same problem as what i encountered?
I have email to the "pay@silkroadonline.net" and give them all the info regard this transaction.
Will they take action on this case??
Anyone who experienced this before please advise.

happens a lot. even though the website says there's an error, the transaction went through, and the silk has been bought. have your brother log in, hit f10. and check how much silk he has. should all be there.
