I can play at work, but not at home. My home ISP has not received the new IP from SRO yet

how can you check it if your isp have or dont have the new ip recieved from sro|?

In the interim, you could try ipconfig /flushdns and then ipconfig /registerdns and see if that does anything positive for your problem or not. I doubt it will, but the clears and re-registers the DNS resolver cache on your machine that might help.
