BIG PROBLEM...I mean BIG!
When i log onto my user on my laptop all i see is my desktop no icons no tool bar NOTHING ifi want to open something i have to ctrl alt delete and click new task! when i log onto my sisters account on my laptop its fine lol wat do i do?

when explorer shows up, go start > run. type msconfig. select normal startup. That should make sure that you get the icons and stuff when you reboot.
a number of things can cause that
but ya its nice to know what windows exe's do what so you can start them if they crash or something.
