Even if gameguard updates, but the client does not start, this is a method to troubleshoot it:

1. Open the "Silkroad" directory in c:\program files

2. Delete the entire "Gameguard" folder

3. Start up the SRO launcher, and click "start"

4. Gameguard should install, along with the updates

5. Enjoy...
