make sure the ram u bought was the same frequency as the ones you had previously or at least a frequency your board can handle. also 32bit systems can only see 3.25 gb of ram, and as for me when i tried 4gb of ram in xp 32bit it started up but i didnt get any monitor image. and where the two you tried again the original two you had the first time?

Take out the new stuff you bought and make sure you can still boot with the 2GB old sticks.
If yes, take out one stick and put in one new stick in that slot. Try booting now.. one of the new sticks may be dead, it happens.

If by chance you can't get it to boot with the two original sticks.. you might've put it in backwards and fried a slot.

make sure it's all the same frequency.. mixing them isn't a great idea because it can cause problems, and it will run all the ram off the lower frequency.
Someone make me an Aion-related sig and I will give you 5 dollhairs.

ya take out the new stuff as that's the problem.. if your computer is older it may not see that size or speed of ram look for a bios update for your mobo and and install it..

if it is 2 sticks one might be bad put one in at a time and see if it does the same thing.. if 1 stick works and the other don't then you have a bad stick of ram send it back and get a new one..
