Can Not install sro

these are my specs,

ive been trying to get this pc running for like 5 days now, finally its up and runninh pretty well I would say.
I was able to install sro before, (before I did another system recovery/destructive recovery)
now when I try to install i get this.

"clien file is damaged.
please reinstall client.
ok"

the thing is I know the file is not damaged, I tried it on other pcs, it works fine.
I tried turning my firewall off to install.
I tried to add the sro installation file as an exeption. (thesro downlaoder is on there too)

NExt thing ill try is disconnecting from the internet and try to install.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?

you must not have read my entire post, the file "does" work, its not working on "this" pc for some reason, oh, yeah, and also, I have downloaded it again, and again and! again, etc etc...
