im not sure whats going on, but i cant seem to connect

after the starter pops up, and i click start, the starter closes, then nothing else after that, nothing else pops up and i can not connect or play the game. Then when i try to click the icon again, it says that silkroad is already exicuted and i cannot continue.

Try restarting your PC. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and end the process manually, if it's running.

sorry to say that this does not work, but it seems that i got a little bit farther, i have tried to restart my comp, and or go into the task manager, and end the process. but now when i get the starter running, and hit start, a little box that says "nProtect GameGaurd UnDate" pops up and then i get stuck, i get the option to retry or to cancel, and when i hit retry, it trys for a few seconds and then stops, and once again i am lost

This is probably a result of the nGuard patch released very recently. I'm also getting the exact same problem, and I'm trying a full reinstall. If this doesn't work, I give up =T

EDIT: It didn't work. I'm waiting for a fix or for Joymax to realize their mistake =(
