Cannot click on install button

Im using XP PRO, my computer-q9550,4g ram,hd4870

After i double click the installation "please wait" appears after that

theres 2 buttons cancel and install,i cant click on both.

though the window respons and i can move it,when i hover the mouse over the install or cancel the buttons doesnt react.

PLEASE HELP!
