????? problem

i was playing this morning and get lag so decide to log off and make pc restart and login again
after i make pc restart try login after i write id and pass then the code when it's gooing to show me my chart then press start to login and play it give me ????? message so the sro client is crash this happend twice then i shutdown my pc and open it agin after amin try to login and was working fine so what do you thin what is the problem because this happend to me like 3 times in 10 days

i have the last graphic card update + net framework

it could be a lot of things but i believe its just the client acting weird like it likes to do, nothing you can really do if you have ur latest updates.
