DDS help!!

I need help because when I convert from DDJ to DDS....I still can't edit/look these pictures. How can I fix this? I went to a Trouble shoot site on windows also and everything is how it's supposed to be -.-

I don't have Vista, so of course I got the latest version of DX9.

I've noticed that the people who have it, like the guy who made the guide for the under bar, and the link above, they both have NVIDIA. Do I need a video card other than a chipset like my laptop has?

HMMMMMMM!!!!! I want a custom tool bar xD like this one....maybe if I can request a pk2 edit that someone can make for me?

Like this one but with a hot pink SP bar and ice blue exp bar xD
