help with my computer plox

so my computer broke... or sumthin

can anyone help me tell me what is going on? ok here are the description

when i start the computer... i get BSOD almost as the desktop shows.
when i use the computer about 15 mins later i get bsod/ windows loading screen but some how the computer is still working as normal...
my background was changed to a window in the middle of the screen telling me i have virus/spyware...
i cant change the damn background cuz half the tabs on the display settings are gone....
there is a little icon appearing and dissapearing in my screen ive seen it it looks like a happy face...
on the system restore calendar, the days are blue but somehow i cant click on them to restore to a previous day...

HALP!!!


so im thinking its a virus im just waiting for dell to bring me the restoration disk so i can format the hard drive... which is the only thing i know how to do.... lol

yeah ur doing the right thing, and its deff a virus cause that thing has happened to me before on one of my crapyer computers, changed background to a window saying i had a virus like u said and just ran bad and things were screwed up. so when u get it just reinstall

mmm yea i sent the computer to a repair shop close to my house the bastards charged me 40 bucks to do it... lol

well, what did they do to it, did they save ur files, or just reinstall?

they reinstalled windows im on the computer right now and its effin awesome!!
lol i still think i got ripped off with the 40 bucks...
u can lock now if u want...

heh that sucks but k
