SRO BUG

I have lvl 48 char now and at begining i dont make the chinese tutorial very well xD.i am in academy too.

my problem is that when i am login to game or do teleport the ,NOOB's window and the ACADEMY MATCHING window appear allways.
i do reinstall but nothing changed
pls if u have some idea help me

This is default and so far I have not found a way to make it not appear. Its just the game being dumb.

No it is not default
i have 4 char on same account and only this one have the bug cause i dont make the noob quest at beginning and now i cant make...

Well, idk then. Even my lvl 42 char still gets this, and he never did the tutorial
