Lagging and Driver Installation Problems

Hello,
I just started SIlkroad Online today and it is quite laggy in the sense that it is extremely choppy. the graphics never flow and menus never come up.
I thought it had to do something with my current drivers but when I tried to install the drivers the Silkroad ONline Website gave, I couldn't fully install them.
Please Help!!!!!!!!
