Freeze at server selection screen

hello, i am getting a freeze everytime i start the game.....

After i click the Silkroad icon and clicking Start, the game would take me to the server selection screen..... However, it would freeze everything except the movement of the mouse and the keyboard...... My mouse cursor can move all over the screen, but it can not click anything..... This had happened repeatedly after i tried reinstalling and restarting computer..... I am hoping someone here would be able to help me....

Try increasing your hertz settings, and lowering the in-game graphics..If you can access the menu.

unfortunately, that didn't work.... my graphic setting is already set at low... i just keep on freezing at the server selection screen
